I manage to get some good bargain from the Big Bad Wolf Sales 2010. It was quite a rush for me as I had to wait for my wife to be back from work. We took a wrong turn to the location and only arrived 20 mins before they close for the day. More of doing the rush hour. Fortunately for us, all the customers, including me, were given an extra time to conclude our sales.
The books on sales are really a real bargain and a lot of people who went bought a lot of books because the price of the books was really affordable.
The sales assistant (all of them are young people) were very enthusiastics in serving their customers. Some of the assistants were busy moving around to get names and contact numbers of the people who were there. It was good to see the organizer is taking the initiatives to built a database of customers for their future events. But, I am not sure whether they will have a software to manage their customer database. Also, since they are getting names via the manual way, I guess they will have a challenging time to do the data entry of all the names of the customers who went there. I hope that they do have a software to manage the all their customers who went for the event so that all their customers would be informed of their future events via email or SMS.
Perhaps, they should have it more often - once every quarter or at least once in six months.
Well, kudos to the organizer in a novel effort to encourage more Malaysian to read!
